Nightly is operated by Romio Group LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms, "we" means Romio Group LLC.

You must be an adult and live in the United States to buy a plan. By buying one, you confirm that you are.

A subscription to an educational sleep program: a personalised plan, daily guidance, guided wind-down sessions and a sleep log. It is built from reviewed templates based on cognitive behavioural techniques for insomnia.

It is not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for a clinician. If you suspect sleep apnea, are changing medication, or have a condition such as bipolar disorder, a seizure disorder or are pregnant, talk to a doctor before changing your sleep schedule.

Plans with a trial charge the trial fee today and renew automatically at the plan price when the trial ends, then every billing period, until you cancel. You agree to those terms on a separate screen before you reach the payment page, and we send you a copy by email.

Cancel any time from your account page with one click, or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

We send a reminder before a trial converts, and at least once a year while you remain subscribed, with the price, the renewal schedule and how to cancel.

If something is wrong, email support within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right or refund it.

Keep your password private. One account is for one person; a partner plan adds a second seat.

Your plan, its writing and its sessions are for your own personal use. Please do not copy, resell or republish them.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other people, and refund any unused time when we do.

We work hard to make the program useful, but sleep is personal and results vary, so the program is provided as it is, without a promise of any particular result.

As far as the law allows, Romio Group LLC's total responsibility for any claim about the program is limited to what you paid us in the year before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. This does not affect consumer protection rights you have where you live.

If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before then at no cost.

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you by email before the change applies.
